Maintenance Technician

Performs general maintenance tasks including electrical systems, motors, pumps, air conditioning, heating equipment, compressors, and pneumatic equipment. Makes repairs to the hospital, clinic, and hospital housing. Must be available for Emergency On-Call, on designated weekends, holidays, afterhours, and respond within 20 minutes.

Education: High School or GED equivalent preferred.

Experience: Must be able to do a variety of general maintenance duties. All fields of basic construction.

Specific Skills: Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, hand tools, diagnostic equipment, sewer machines, lawn equipment and blueprints. Certified in BLS (CPR).

Computer Skills: Minimum.

Licenses: None

Certifications: Universal EPT Certification
