Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials
• Prior experience working in school settings required
• Capacity to oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee two RBTs, offering supervision, mentorship, and direct guidance
• Maintain a part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week from September 2026 to June 2027
• Manage an elementary student caseload, providing assessment, intervention planning, and direct services as needed within the district
• Collaborate with school teams and contribute your expertise to foster student success
