Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Reliable: This job requires a full time committment with overtime opportunities. We also require ALL our employees come to work every day with excellent personal hygiene and a good attitude. Each employee will be in close contact with customers every day!
• Physically Fit: This job requires lifting up to 85 lbs and physical work. This is a hands on physically demanding job that will keep you moving.
• Communication and outstanding customer service skills and experience: This job requires communication with customers every day. It requires pristine communication skills and sales knowledge.
• Clean record: Because you will be required to not only communicate with customers but you will be in their homes everyday, you must have a clean criminal and drug background. You will also be driving our company vehicle to every job and must have an acceptable driving record.
• Integrity: This job requires followiing ALL ChemDry procedures that you have been trained in and be able to upkeep the work van and equipment in an acceptable and safe manner.
• Technical skills: This job requires basic techinical skills. You will be required to operate machinery and must have some basic understanding and common sense of how it works. You will be trained but there needs to be a baseline of skill and understanding.
• Perform Quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace
• Reliably report to work on time, reporting all absences prior to the start of the working day
• Politely and graciously greet client (if home) and explain day's procedure
• Listen to customers concerns and offering professional recommendations to satisfy those concerns.
• Use Chem-Dry's proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process and other applications as trained
• Notify client when complete and expertly explain any unusual findings and answer questions
• Complete all required forms accurately and on time
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition
• Assist in upgrading sales to current customers
• Follow route assignment and drive safely

Benefits:

• Get paid to learn a trade; Gain experience in sales and receive top notch training by industry leaders.
• Be paid in accordance to your effort: After you have passed probation and are competant to be a lead technician, you will start at 20% commission of your daily revenue. Daily revenue averages range from $800-$1200 but is ultimately up to how effeciently you work and how well you upsell. You will also be rewarded for your hard work with tips from customers. We also have opportunities to work evenings and Saturdays for overtime pay. We will also offer bonuses for meeting weekly and monthly goals.
• Benefits include: We offer medical and dental benefits. We also offer one week of paid vacation and 3 days of sick pay for the first year after you've passed probation and are working competently as a lead technician. Additional vacation days will be accrued through your continued loyalty to our company.

Compensation: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
