This full-time position offers an opportunity to engage in meaningful patient care while working alongside a well-respected team of OB/GYNs and Advanced Practice Clinicians. Operating onsite at our Wellington Surgical Center, you'll work within a supportive and collaborative environment tailor-made for healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee your own patient panel while also supporting physician overflow, ensuring a seamless care experience for all patients.
• Collaborate closely with medical doctors, who will provide full support in all aspects of patient care.
• Engage in a 100% clinic-based practice with no call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Perform essential procedures critical to women's health, including IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, colposcopies (if trained), and circumcisions (if trained).
• Contribute to the APC council, which focuses on clinician support and advocacy.
• Take part in leadership training and development opportunities to enhance your career trajectory.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient population includes women seeking comprehensive healthcare services related to obstetrics and gynecology. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving patient health outcomes through education, preventative care, and the effective management of routine health conditions.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Physician Assistant Certification and unrestricted state medical license.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies preferred.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for this role, in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology is essential to effectively address the needs of our patient population.
• Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is highly advantageous.
• Strong skills in active listening, critical thinking, effective communication, and time management are essential.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities within a healthcare context will be considered a plus.
