Job Overview

Position OverviewShift Supervisors support daily café operations and lead the team when the General Manager is not present. This role combines hands‑on food and beverage preparation with active leadership, coaching, and oversight to ensure smooth, consistent, and guest‑focused shifts.
Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership & Team Support — Guide team members through daily operations, assign tasks, maintain pace and productivity, and ensure all stations stay stocked, clean, and organized.
• Operational Oversight — Monitor food quality, beverage consistency, ticket times, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift. Address issues quickly and professionally.
• Food Preparation — Prepare crepes, assemble acai bowls, portion ingredients, follow recipes, and uphold Wolfberry‑Bowls’ standards for freshness and presentation.
• Smoothie & Coffee Service — Craft smoothies, espresso drinks, coffees, teas, and specialty beverages with accuracy and consistency.
• Cash Register & Transactions — Operate the POS system, manage guest orders, handle payments, oversee cash handling procedures, and support online/pickup order flow.
• Hospitality & Guest Experience — Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive service. Support team members in resolving guest concerns and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Cleaning & Sidework — Ensure opening/closing checklists are completed, dishes are washed, stations are restocked, and the café remains clean and organized at all times.
• Accountability & Standards — Reinforce food‑safety practices, cleanliness expectations, and company policies. Provide coaching and feedback as needed.
