Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities Support systems onboarding, backend administration, access validation, and compliance activities Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to coordinate issue resolution and technical support Perform troubleshooting, triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions Monitor systems and support cleanup activities to maintain data integrity and stability Support SAP updates, coordination, and validation activities Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and apply structured process methods and tools Influence stakeholders and support change efforts across diverse audiences Research procedures and guidelines to support strategic planning efforts Requirements 3+ years of experience managing Source to Pay (S2P) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) value streams in a SAP S/4 environment 3+ years of experience in leading source-to-pay processes 3+ years of experience with Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable systems 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project 3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining #J-18808-Ljbffr
