Key Responsibilities

• Provide call coverage with a 1:6 ratio and a 30-minute response time.
• Manage 8 to 12 patient encounters during each shift.
• Handle an average of 3 admissions per shift.
• Conduct approximately 8 phone consultations per shift.
• Perform rounding on assigned patients.
