Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dental care. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and available treatment options. Deliver high-quality clinical care while maintaining excellent patient relationships. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. Collaborate with hygienists, specialists, and support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with all state regulations and professional standards.

Minimum Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Massachusetts dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain). Current CPR certification.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred. Strong new graduates with excellent clinical training are encouraged to apply.
