Job Overview:
The Field Support Specialist provides hands-on, on-the-ground support for Team Gski, working closely with the AEteam to execute marketing, outreach, and delivery initiatives.

This is a dynamic, field-based role focused on supporting community engagement, strengthening local business relationships, and ensuring timely execution of key programs. Tasks and priorities may vary week to week based on company and client needs, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Community & Business Outreach

• Deliver community flyers and marketing materials to local businesses

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and managers

• Collect and return business marketing materials to communities

• Identify opportunities to expand outreach and strengthen local partnerships

Field Marketing & Events

• Perform sign spinning to increase visibility and drive traffic

• Provide on-site event support for client events, fulfilling a variety of roles and responsibilities as needed

Delivery & Operational Support

• Complete newsletter or resident/move indeliveries to assigned communities

• Assist with Donut Day Deliveries (DDD) when needed

• Ensure accurate, timely, and organized completion of all deliveries

Ideal Candidate:

• Outgoing and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with a flexible, changing schedule

• Has reliable transportation and is willing to travel locally

• Bonus: Experience in marketing, promotions, or community engagement

Schedule:

• Part-time / flexible

• Hours vary week to week based on business and client needs

Schedule & Compensation:

This role is expected to average approximately 20 hours per week, with hours varying based on business and client needs.

Compensation:

• $17 to $21 per hour

• Mileage reimbursement

• For event-based work (including sign spinning and community events), additionalper-job bonuseswill be provided. Bonus amounts will be determined based on the scope of the job and the price of the service.
