Injury Prevention Specialist

Responsibilities Include Assist in developing and implementing rehabilitation systems in compliance with regulations and certifications. Role: Physical Therapist Responsibilities Include Assist in developing and implementing rehabilitation systems in compliance with regulations and certifications. Conduct injury prevention rounds, biomechanical assessments, and ergonomic evaluations across work environments, including remote settings. Perform movement screenings, develop corrective strategies, and recommend safe workplace practices. Identify early discomforts through staff interviews and deliver preventative interventions. Administer client assessments, treatments, and update care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Supervise support staff, document progress, and coordinate with other medical professionals as needed. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Experience in outpatient orthopedic or occupational health settings (2+ years). Strong Communication Skills, Ergonomic Assessment Experience Preferred. Flexibility to cover multiple shifts; familiarity with Exos programs preferred.
