Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Processing cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
• Assisting with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
