CRM Specialist

BairesDev is seeking a CRM Senior Specialist to own CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, building and automating outreach for our highest-value relationships across existing clients, former clients, and top-tier event audiences. You will use Claude as your primary AI tool daily to enhance outreach copy, research, and workflow logic.
In this role, you will integrate CRM with AI-enabled automation workflows, track pipeline outcomes, and ensure data enrichment across VIP records.
