Job Description
Job Title: X-ray Technologist
Profession: Radiologic Technologist

Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2 years
License: ARRT (R) required
Certifications: BLS (AHA) required

Must-Have:
- Must have OR/C-arm experience
- Experience with Epic and PACS
- Must be able to perform portables and outpatient exams

Description:
Hiring Process includes profile review and interview with the Unit Manager.
The department has 3 X-ray rooms and 5 portable units.
Common imaging studies performed include OR, portables, and outpatient exams.
Average number of scans/studies per day is 20-30.
Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech is available for guidance in absence.
Radiologists are available in-house for imaging assistance.
Call duty is required with response time expectations.
Scrub color is royal blue or OR scrubs provided by the department.
Department-specific orientation will be provided.
Cancellation policy allows for cancellation of up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
