Experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) – Tucson, AZ

Bring your expertise to a team that values collaboration, embraces innovation, and makes patient care feel personal again. Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our established Primary Care team in Tucson, AZ. 

$123,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Incentives

Responsibilities  

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population 
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans 
• Promote health education and disease prevention 
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions 
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care 
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts 
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

 

Qualifications  

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure
• At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR system
