What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of installers on residential and/or light commercial HVAC projects Oversee full system installations (split systems, package units, ductwork, etc.) Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to Byrum HVAC quality standards Communicate with customers onsite—explaining work, answering questions, and delivering a top-notch experience Troubleshoot challenges on the fly and keep projects moving Maintain job documentation, materials, and inventory accuracy Partner with service, sales, and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly What You Bring 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and install best practices Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and hold high standards Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Great communication and customer service mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Byrum HVAC?
