Job Description
Production Worker – Hiring Immediately Location: Norway, IA Pay: $16.50/hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
Job Duties:
- Work in all areas of production as needed
- Case and palletize finished product for inventory
- Assist with material handling, bottling, packaging, labeling, and blending equipment
- Complete required documentation, including worksheets and computerized tracking systems
- Monitor critical control points and report any food safety or quality concerns to a supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to occasionally walk up and down stairs and work from an elevated position
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous production, warehouse, packaging, or food manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
