Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop care plans.
• Float between designated areas of Children's Hospital Colorado as required.
• Fulfill weekend and holiday shift requirements as stated in the contract.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary required.
• Prior travel assignment experience is a must.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• Minimum 3 years pediatric ICU and neonatal ICU experience required.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center preferred.
