Director, RGM Product Experience Design
$171k - $198kCoca-Cola HBC
Job Description Summary About the Role Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is one of The Coca-Cola Company’s most important commercial capabilities, and not simply a pricing discipline. Coca-Cola positions RGM alongside brand building, innovation, and integrated execution as a core capability for topline growth, and our growth strategy names it a key commercial capability for determining where to play and how to win. RGM connects consumer demand to the economics of the system. It determines what we sell, in which packages, at what price points, through which channels and customers, and with what promotional investment, all in service of balanced growth across transactions, volume, and price/mix. Done well, it finds incremental revenue pools and converts them into commercial action, improves the economics of every price, pack, assortment, and promotion decision, builds the affordability and premiumization ladders that bring more consumers into the portfolio, and gives Coca-Cola and its bottlers a common fact base for growing customer revenue and profit rather than simply negotiating price. We are now reimagining RGM for the Agentic AI era, and we are building it ourselves. Our Global RGM Product is evolving from a suite of analytical solutions into an intelligent decision platform where AI agents interact directly with enterprise data, invoke advanced analytics and optimization models, run and compare scenarios, and hand commercial teams a recommendation with the reasoning attached. Work that once took an analyst a week (pulling the data, running the model, writing the story, defending the number) is being compressed into a conversation. Few companies are attempting this at this scale, and fewer are still against decisions this consequential: real pricing, promotion, and portfolio moves, made across markets and bottlers. The work sits at the frontier of the CPG industry, spanning agent orchestration, retrieval over enterprise data, and the evaluation of non-deterministic and deterministic systems, and none of it is a research exercise. What we build ships to commercial teams who use it to make decisions the same week. This is an opportunity to build, not just design, the next generation of commercial decision intelligence at Coca‑Cola, and to establish the technical foundation for agentic RGM at global scale. The patterns set here will shape how one of the world’s largest commercial systems makes its most important decisions. If you want your work in front of real users, at real scale, from the first release, this is that role. Role Overview As Product Manager, Experience Design for the Global RGM Product, you will hold design authority across every RGM surface within a persistent, cross-functional product team working alongside Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, Architecture, and RGM experts. Design sits inside the product team rather than with an external partner, and this is a Director-level seat. RGM puts dense screens — simulators, run reviews, generated decks — in front of busy commercial people who did not ask for another tool. You will make those screens legible at a glance, keep every surface looking like one product, and own how RGM presents itself: the design system, the templates, the naming, and the launch material. Working in a product model, you will remain engaged throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and rapid prototyping through validation with real users at operating units and bottlers, build, launch communication, measurement, and continuous improvement. The Tech Lead provides technical direction on what is feasible to build. The role is global and operates around the clock, supporting markets and teams in every region. The role is global across a commercial system that spans more than 200 countries and territories, roughly 200 bottling partners, and 30 million retail customer outlets — few transformations anywhere offer a larger canvas. It is also a first seat: the adoption discipline you build here becomes the pattern for how the Global RGM Product scales to every market. What You Will Do for Us What You Will Do for Us Design screens and flows for the Pricing, Promotion, and Portfolio applications, taking each from a user problem to a specification engineers can build without guessing. Own the RGM design system — components, type, spacing, chart standards, and brand color — applied consistently across every surface, the generated decks included. Make dense data readable: tables, KPI layouts, and charts a commercial manager reads correctly in ten seconds, deciding what is shown and what is left out. Build click-through prototypes in days and validate them with real users at OUs and bottlers, changing the design on what users did rather than what they said. Own the communication strategy for the product: naming, launch notes, demo decks, and the templates other people present with. Design the experience of AI-generated output, including how recommendations, confidence, and provenance are presented so users can interrogate what the system produces. Design for the system context: multi-market, multi-OU deployment, bottler-facing data boundaries, and role-based access to commercially sensitive pricing and promotion data. Pair with engineers through build, adjusting to what is feasible, catching drift before release, and shipping specifications that match what actually ships. Write the interface as well as design it: labels, empty states, error and onboarding copy, and release notes in clear English. Set accessibility and quality standards for data-dense enterprise screens, and check the built product against the specification. Partner with the business consultant on training material and market rollout so design and enablement tell one story. Contribute to discovery and experimentation with the product owner, framing user problems before solutions are committed. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5-8+ years of product design on B2B or data-heavy tools that shipped, with a portfolio that shows the reasoning and not only the screens. Strong information design across tables, dashboards, and charts, rather than marketing pages alone. Figma end to end, from wireframe through dev-ready specification, with a maintained component library and design tokens. Demonstrated ownership of a design system across multiple surfaces, including components, tokens, and chart standards. Experience running usability testing with real users, having changed a design based on what was observed, and able to tell that story. Rapid prototyping ability, producing click-through prototypes in days rather than weeks. Experience designing for enterprise environments with role-based access and commercially sensitive data. Ability to write the interface: labels, empty states, and release notes in clear English. Familiarity with designing for AI-generated content and decision-support tools, including how to present recommendations, uncertainty, and provenance; preferred. Sufficient HTML and CSS to check the build against the specification; preferred. Brand, communication, and motion work for launches and internal communications, including deck and template systems; preferred. Enterprise or CPG context, with an understanding of how commercial teams make pricing and promotion decisions; preferred. Professional Spanish, given current deployments in Chile and the wider LatAm region; preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale to commercial and technical audiences and to influence without authority. A global role validating designs with users at operating units and bottlers in every region requires working across time zones, including early and late sessions and availability outside standard business hours when markets or releases demand it. The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
