Payrate: $25.50- $26.50/hr. Summary Support biomarker discovery using human samples (whole blood, PBMCs), focusing on generating high-quality, reproducible data in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities Execute and analyze experiments with minimal supervision Work with human samples (PBMCs, whole blood) using established protocols Generate, document, and interpret data Optimize assays and troubleshoot experiments Operate key lab platforms and ensure data quality Communicate results and collaborate across teams Qualifications BS in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field + 2 years experience Strong hands‑on lab skills and experience with human samples Ability to work independently and collaboratively Technical Skills Flow cytometry, Luminex, ELISA Cell culture (primary immune cells preferred) RNA extraction, qPCR Basic data analysis Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets Strong lab execution and attention to detail Troubleshooting and problem-solving Team‑oriented, collaborative mindset Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.50- $26.50/hr. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
