TECHNICIAN C ELECTRO-MECHANICAL Haystack Observatory, will perform jobs of skilled or semi-skilled nature which support integrating and repairing electro-mechanical systems and equipment; be trained to assist in the operations, assembly, repair, and maintenance of antenna mechanical systems, radio and radar receivers, control systems, computers, data networks, and high-power microwave transmitters; conduct maintenance and installation activities involving the antenna systems, which involve mechanical work at height and tower climbing. Training in industrial tower climbing and electrical, RF, and high voltage safety will be provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr Massachusetts Institute of Technology
