We're also committed to protecting the systems, networks, and data that make it all possible.We're looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to take a leading role in safeguarding our digital environment and driving our cybersecurity program forward.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Lead the cooperative's cybersecurity efforts by identifying risks, strengthening defenses, and ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.Conduct system and network assessments, address vulnerabilities, and implement secure configurations.Develop, document, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols.Evaluate and implement security tools, staying ahead of emerging threats and technologies.Monitor alerts and logs, serving as the first line of defense when incidents arise-including rotating on-call response.Work with vendors and third-party partners to reduce risks in external systems.Champion cybersecurity awareness by leading ongoing training and education for employees.What We're Looking ForWe need someone who brings both technical expertise and a people-first approach.
