Davie #55 Bartender – Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. Overview Our bartenders are life‑of‑the‑party, gregarious rockstars who know most of their regulars by name. It’s a “Come One, Come All” family‑run restaurant that welcomes people from all over for great food, great drinks, and great fun. We serve continuously from open until late night and are a home away from home for many Floridians. Responsibilities Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training Mix liquor and drink ingredients according to company recipes and measures Serve guests in a cheerful and courteous temperament and display a neat and clean professional image Maintain a neat and clean, properly stocked bar Verify correct pricing for drinks Be knowledgeable of drink promotions and specials and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly Accurately enter orders into POS system in a timely manner Assess guests’ demeanor, identify intoxicated guests, and determine when to summon a Manager Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework Physically stand/walk 100 % of shift Reach, bend, stoop, stir, wipe, and shake drinks vigorously Immerse hands in water frequently Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
