Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance
- Manage vehicle and trailer maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance to minimize downtime
- Schedule drivers efficiently while balancing workload and availability
- Monitor overall fleet performance, including utilization, costs, safety, and reliability
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of fleet operations
Ideal Candidate
- Experience managing or coordinating a small-to-midsize fleet (trucking, logistics, or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and performance tracking
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with limited oversight
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Marianna area as needed
