Niceville Fort Walton Beach Destin Freeport, FL | $16-$19/hour Looking for a hands-on job where every day is different?We're looking for dependable, hardworking Restoration Technicians to join our team serving the Emerald Coast! If you're someone who likes working with your hands, solving problems, staying active, and seeing the results of your hard work, this could be a great opportunity for you. PAY: $16-$19/HOUR PAID WEEKLY - DIRECT DEPOSIT Pay is based on the specific restoration position and level of experience. FLEXIBLE JOB OPPORTUNITIES We have a variety of assignments available, including:
- Contract positions for specific restoration projects or assignments
- Temp-to-hire positions with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance and company needs
- Water and/or property damage cleanup
- Removing damaged materials and debris
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing affected areas
- Moving furniture, equipment, and materials
- Assisting with demolition and reconstruction work
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following job-site safety procedures
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members
- Helping complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and motivated
- Comfortable working with their hands
- Able to work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes or businesses
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Willing to learn new skills and take on different types of restoration work
- A valid driver's license is preferred
