Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and safety-focused Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help move materials, prepare shipments, and support daily warehouse and production operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that values hard work and reliability, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Move materials from manufacturing lines and storage areas to assigned work-in-progress (WIP) locations
- Prepare and build custom shipping crates, strap, and package finished goods and production materials for shipment
- Remove and properly dispose of pallets, cardboard, and other shipping materials
- Complete daily lift truck inspection check sheets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Operate lift trucks and other material-handling equipment after training
- Support production and warehouse operations with additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to learn and operate lift trucks safely
- Ability to mount and dismount lift trucks throughout the shift
- Adequate depth perception and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
