Be the first to apply for this position. This role is located in Tigard, OR, and is a full-time day shift position at Providence Home Services Specialty Pharmacy.

The Supervisor Pharmacy Technician assists the Pharmacy Manager in coordinating daily operational, organizational, training, and educational activities of the Pharmacy Technician staff to provide for a well-trained, smoothly operating department. This position will coordinate the daily activities, as well as act as immediate supervisor for all support personnel including Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Technician Interns/students, and any volunteer personnel. This position will develop and set standards to meet the educational requirements for the technical support staff. This position will act as a liaison between the Pharmacy Technicians and the other Pharmacy management and will have decision making authority in certain situations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.

Required qualifications include:

• Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.
• 2 years of Pharmacy experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1 year of Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Lead technician and/or supervisory responsibility.
