Estimator

Position Title: Estimator Ready to estimate projects that shape communities while building a long-term career with a growing commercial contractor? Join a collaborative team supporting multifamily, student housing, senior living, and commercial flooring projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from approximately $500,000 to $3 million while joining a company that values employee development, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Estimator Responsibilities Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare estimates Perform accurate flooring takeoffs and calculate project costs Prepare competitive bids and proposals for multifamily and commercial projects Review addenda, update estimates, and ensure bids are submitted by deadlines Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, project managers, and general contractors throughout the estimating process Participate in project handoff meetings after awarded projects Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Estimator Requirements 2-5+ years of experience in estimating Experience using MeasureSquare and/or Bluebeam Revu Experience estimating multifamily and commercial flooring projects High school diploma Flooring estimating experience is preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance reimbursement ranging from $300 to $500 per month depending on salary 401k plan with a 3% match after a 3-month waiting period PTO of 10 days in the first year, increasing with tenure and performance Nine paid holidays, including all federal and state holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
