Free tanning We are now hiring smiles! $18 - $22.50 per hour! MUST LOVE TANNING! Seeking a full-time employee (minimum 35 hours) who has 1-3 years leadership experience and has the desire and capability to grow within our company! We are a professional tanning & wellness salon the seeks to excellently serve our clients to create positive experiences. Responsibilities Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Consult customers in a professional and upbeat manner Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met Maintain a clean and organized salon Cash handling, Opening/Closing procedures Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking Set example for non‑management staff Qualifications High School Diploma, or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in retail, customer service environment 1-3 years Leadership experience preferred Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation Flexible availability including nights and weekends MUST LOVE TANNING! #J-18808-Ljbffr
