Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a track record of successfully completed projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools.Strong knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, and documentation best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Oversee project administration tasks such as budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure adherence to the project life cycle processes and company policies throughout all project phases.
