Every day will be different, making this a fun and fulfilling opportunity for those passionate about making a positive impact.SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATIONHourly Rate: $16.35/hourHours: 10-20 hours per weekAfter-school programming: 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.Summer programming: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)Flexibility: Scheduling tailored to your availabilityWHAT YOU'LL DOProvide support to youth participants with disabilities.Assist during after-school hours (2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.) and adjust to summer schedules (8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.).Work collaboratively with the Aptiv team to help youth develop independence, social, and life skills.Mentor participants one-on-one and in small group settings.Teach emotional regulation, coping, and anger management strategies.Maintain consistency, strong communication, and accurate, up-to-date documentation.QUALIFICATIONSMust be 18 years or older.Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.Meet the State of Wisconsin’s minimum auto insurance requirements.Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including occasional weekend availability.WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?At Aptiv, we believe in doing it better, together.
