As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties:Nursing Assessment: Evaluate the physical, mental, and emotional status of consumersCare Planning: Develop and adjust treatment plans using nursing standards and facility guidelinesMedication Oversight: Administer medications and monitor responses to treatmentTeam Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care and share important observationsSafety Practices: Follow crisis prevention, infection control, and safety procedures in all care settingsStaff Guidance: Provide direction, support, and education to assigned personnelInterested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment.Positions are available on 2nd shift (6 shifts of 6:45pm-7:15am along with 1 shift of 2:45pm to 11:15pm, 30 minute lunch).Rotating schedule, work every other weekend, and holidays as assigned.2nd shift receives $1.25/hour shift differentialNew hires may be eligible for a $1,000.00 Retention Incentive Payment, provided you meet all criteria outlined in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.May change based on operational needs.Overtime: As needed.FREE PARKING!The Department of Human Services provides excellent benefits, pay increases, paid leave and holidays, as well as opportunities for career advancement.Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.Please Note: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $ 88,982.00 (before taxes).You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Please check your email, including spam folders, for these notices.Qualifications Necessary Special Requirements:This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.Other Requirements:PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.If you are within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting.
