As part of this program, you will learn the "In's & Out's" of the BP business and will become well versed in operating a financially sound and high performing location. This starts with learning to build a highly motivated team and developing an environment for your service team to thrive. We do this by getting out of the office and being present not only with your Sales Team on the lobby floor, but also in the shop working closely with your Service Team to improve their performance and assist them in executing store processes. While the timeframe varies for each team member, those who are able to perform and exceed expectations are typically provided with Store Management opportunities in 3-12 months.QualificationsWe are looking for:Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive OR 4 years of management experienceBasic understanding of utilizing store technology (POS, email, etc)Experience with Payroll management., Expense analysis and Inventory ControlExperienced Technician/ Bay ManagerDemonstrated success in employee retention and conflict resolution.Outstanding leadership skills, communication skills and adaptable to changeAbility to review and analyze a P&L statementAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to develop professional relationships with customers and team membersAbility to work efficiently both individually and as part of a teamSolid knowledge of basic OSHA lawsValid driver's licenseAdditional InformationCompensation: $60,000 - $100,000 annual income based on experienceMedical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance401(K) Retirement Plan, including competitive company matchEmployer Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability InsurancePaid Time Off (Vacation/Personal)Paid Bereavement and HolidaysClosed SundaysAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Brakes Plus participates in the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program, which ADP administers on behalf of the company.
