Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with one of Florida’s largest school districts to recruit Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year. With various openings across the district, this contract position offers a fantastic opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, student-focused setting. Both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF professionals are encouraged to apply.

Assignments are available in onsite, hybrid, and travel capacities, and comprehensive W2 contracts with full benefits provide stability throughout your engagement. For those considering a travel position, tax-free stipends are available. The supervision required for SLP-CF candidates is already in place to ensure professional growth and success. Compensation for this role is competitive, offering an hourly pay range from $55 to $60, depending on prior experience.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible Florida SLP license (CFs are welcome)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Dedicated to fostering student progress and working effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to ethical practices and continued professional development

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based population
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student
• Participate in professional development and school staff meetings
