Red Roofing is growing and looking for a driven, full-time Roofing Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, and help them choose the right roofing solution. If you like being out in the field, building trust with people, and getting paid for results, this is for you.
Territory: Southern Indiana and the Louisville metro, including Louisville, KY, Jeffersonville, IN, New Albany, IN, Madison, IN, and Hanover, IN.
What You'll Do:
- Run appointments with homeowners from company-provided leads and your own prospecting
- Inspect roofs, document damage, and explain repair or replacement options
- Build clear estimates and close the sale
- Help homeowners through the insurance claim process when storm damage is involved
- Stay in touch with customers from signed contract through job completion
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a confident, honest approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs (we'll train you)
- Roofing, construction, or sales experience is a plus but not required
Pay & Perks:
- Performance-based pay with uncapped earnings: reps typically earn $50K-$150K+ per year
