Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide professional front-desk customer service by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor access materials, and directing guests in accordance with site-specific procedures. Support access control activities at an aerospace and defense location by monitoring entry points, maintaining visitor logs, and reporting unauthorized access concerns or unusual activity. Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate clearly with employees, visitors, contractors, and authorized personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly notifying appropriate personnel. Complete required documentation, including incident reports, visitor records, and shift activity logs, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
