Location: Englewood, Colorado  |  Full-time, onsite  |  Monday–Friday

Compensation: $52,000–$58,000 annually plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Specific schedule is being finalized; customer-facing hours are generally 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

About the opportunity

Denver Athletic Supply serves schools, teams, businesses, and organizations with decorated apparel, uniforms, and related products. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused coordinator who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, resolving issues, and supporting accurate financial processes. This role connects customers, Sales, and our Business Operations team. It is not a traditional collections-only or data-entry position.

What you will do

·        Serve as a primary contact for incoming customer calls, inquiries, and account questions; resolve issues or connect customers promptly with the right team member.

·        Set up and maintain customer accounts, billing contacts, payment terms, purchase-order information, and accurate notes in ShopWorks.

·        Coordinate customer handoffs from Sales, obtain missing information, and help orders move forward without unnecessary delays.

·        Support timely, accurate invoicing, customer statements, payment application, and accounts-receivable follow-up.

·        Explain payment options, including ACH and checks, and clearly communicate applicable credit-card processing fees and deposit requirements.

·        Work with E-Commerce and Accounting to review and reconcile web-store transactions, including payments, refunds, shipping charges, and sales tax.

·        Collaborate with Sales, Order Operations, Purchasing, E-Commerce, Warehouse, and Accounting to resolve customer and order issues.

·        Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements to customer experience, billing accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

What we are looking for

·        Experience in customer service, order coordination, billing, accounts receivable, inside sales support, or a similar combination of responsibilities.

·        Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and follow-through; ability to own issues through resolution.

·        Comfort handling multiple customer needs, phone calls, deadlines, and detailed transactions.

·        Experience with accounting, ERP, or order-management systems and Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn ShopWorks and Chipply.

·        Ability to collaborate across departments and improve processes.

·        A college degree and prior apparel-industry experience are not required.

Compensation and benefits

Base salary: $52,000–$58,000 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus tied to measurable operational improvements. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, sick and vacation leave, and 401(k)
