Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sales Support Coordinator located in Fontana, CA

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Business Development team by managing customer documentation, coordinating agreement review processes, and ensuring timely completion of customer requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support the Business Development team throughout the sales cycle by coordinating customer documentation and administrative requirements.
  
• Respond to customer documentation requests and support sales activities.
  
• Review and coordinate customer agreements and related documentation.
  
• Coordinate activities with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams.
  
• Oversee customer agreement routing, approvals, revisions, and execution processes.
  
• Maintain organized electronic files and ensure proper document retention.
  
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.
  

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, business development support, customer service, or a related role.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong customer service orientation and professional business acumen.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

The base pay range for this position is provided below. The final base rate offered will be determined using job-related, non-discriminatory criteria, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity.
