In this role you will install energy efficiency measures to lower consumer energy bills for a variety of utility and weatherization programs within a defined territory. Responsibilities Install energy‑saving measures such as attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heaters Perform minor repairs to windows and doors Assist with loading and unloading work trucks Ensure measures installed meet program guidelines Help keep the job site organized and safe Assist with customer site job set up and tear down Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in the residential construction industry preferred; the right candidate will receive training Compensation Target compensation $22.00 per hour. Salary range $17.75 to $25.05 per hour, determined by internal equity, market data, and candidate experience. This is a safety‑sensitive position that may include field work, warehouse work or driving on behalf of the company.
