Bilingual USCIS Paralegal

As a bilingual (English and Spanish) USCIS paralegal at Brown Law, PLLC, you will work with other paralegals of the USCIS team on the firm's USCIS cases. Specifically, you will speak to current clients about their pending USCIS cases; meet with the firm’s clients to prepare USCIS forms; work with attorneys to prepare USCIS application packets; schedule appointments and take payments.

The ideal hire exudes a high level of professionalism, is hard working, extremely organized and works well on a team. We value a candidates' intelligence and personal drive to succeed over their experience or education and we provide high levels of training and mentorship for all hires.

Skills we Value:

- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Exceptional Attention to Detail and strong organizational skills

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role at an office

- Excellent customer service, confidence speaking to clients, ability to speak formally and professionally
