The Medical Assistant performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. Typically work on semi-routine assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator of the clinic. Now offering $2,000 Bonus* for Bilingual Medical Assistants who join our new Primary Care Clinics in Phoenix in 2026. You will workat : CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at: 833 N Dobson Rd Suite 103, Mesa AZ 85201 The Medical Assistant discusses symptoms, obtains vital signs, administers medications and vaccines, performs phlebotomy, collects specimens, conducts screening tests, sterilizes equipment, maintains exam rooms, documents in electronic records, and collaborates with providers within certification limits. Use your skills to make an impact Required You will be Certified or Registered You will have Phlebotomy experience You will have Medication/vaccine administration experience You will have 1+ years MA experience You will have a High school diploma or equivalent You will be CPR Certified You will be patient facing and run the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to screen for TB. Ideal Candidate 1+ years MA experience in PCO center Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam prior to foreign language communication Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $44,900 - $60,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
