This contract opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference by helping students achieve their mobility and developmental goals in a dynamic educational setting. You'll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality therapy services throughout the school week.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Solid understanding of school-aged physical therapy interventions and best practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Willingness to adapt to various school environments and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ physical development and motor skills
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs according to students’ needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and participation in school activities
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Consult with staff on adaptive strategies, equipment, and classroom modifications to maximize student access
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
