The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.You will work on-site at the Conviva Portland Care Center at 107 Cedar Drive, Portland, TX 78374. You will report directly to the Clinic Administrator.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactRequired QualificationsYou will have current licensure as an LPN or LVNYou will be administratively proficient as this position is highly administrative in naturePreferred QualificationsYou will be bilingual in English/SpanishYou will have phlebotomy experienceYou will have experience with Electronic Medical RecordsYou will have experience with HEDISAdditional Information: This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
