Court Tools Support Specialist (JCATS & JDEX)Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site)Travel: Occasional Travel Throughout Georgia

Are you passionate about supporting court operations and helping users leverage technology effectively? We are seeking a Court Tools Support Specialist to join our Court Tools Support Team and provide technical and administrative support for Georgia's Juvenile Court case management and reporting systems, including JCATS and JDEX .

This position is ideal for candidates who have experience working in or alongside Juvenile Courts and enjoy combining customer support, training, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement in a mission-driven environment.

What You'll DoUser Support & Training

• Provide direct support to court personnel and stakeholders utilizing JCATS and JDEX.
• Assist users with troubleshooting system issues and navigating application functionality.
• Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
• Conduct training sessions, demonstrations, and end-user support activities.

System Administration & Data Support

• Assist with data entry, validation, and report generation.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with court reporting requirements.
• Analyze court data and support internal and external reporting efforts.
• Assist with integrations between JCATS, JDEX, and other court-related systems.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a liaison between court personnel, administrative offices, and technical teams.
• Coordinate issue resolution and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Gather user feedback to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and support outcomes.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain documentation related to support requests, system usage, and reporting activities.
• Prepare reports and assist with ongoing operational support initiatives.
• Travel throughout Georgia as needed to provide onsite training and system support.

Additional Opportunities

• Georgia Court Registrar

• Superior Court Judge tools and applications

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with Juvenile Courts .
• Strong understanding of juvenile court processes, terminology, workflows, and case types.
• Customer service, technical support, court administration, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow established procedures.
• Experience with case management systems, databases, or reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting court systems, legal technology platforms, or government agencies.
• Knowledge of data validation, reporting, and data integrity best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience conducting end-user training and system demonstrations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
