Since its founding in 2013, WRHG has grown from two fast-casual pizza locations to a portfolio consisting of mutiple full service and fast casual brands. The host is the person responsible for helping greet and seat guests. When not directly helping guests, the host is tasked with helping throughout the restaurant wherever and whenever needed. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests into the restaurant
- Always looking for ways to create an emotional connection with our guests.
- Seating guests at empty and cleaned table - Helping throughout the restaurant when not directly helping guests
- Estimating wait times and monitoring the waiting list for guests - Ensuring that the needs of guests are met while they wait for tables
- Answering phones, booking reservations
- Cleaning tables and cleaning dishes
- Ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintaining a safe and pristine environment
- And most importantly, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
