Client Success Representative

Seeking a Client Success Representative for full-time or part-time positions with a flexible schedule, who will manage customer interactions through various channels, ensuring exceptional service and support while handling routine inquiries and requests. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company guidelines Actively listen to customer needs, providing assistance and follow-up as necessary to enhance the customer experience Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided during customer interactions Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience; Associate degree preferred Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment Knowledge of banking regulations is a plus Comfortable with video engagement and handling difficult conversations with empathy Bilingual skills may be required based on company needs
