Sales Development Representative

PromptArmor is an AI security company based in San Francisco. We help the world's most demanding enterprises, Fortune 100 companies, leading healthcare systems, top 100 law firms, and institutional financial firms, assess and monitor the novel risks introduced by AI in their products and across their assets and ecosystem. Our research has uncovered critical vulnerabilities in major platforms like Slack and Writer.com, and we are focused on the net-new AI security problems that traditional tooling wasn't built to solve. We're building the team that brings our research to the enterprises that need it. About the role Start the conversations that turn into customers. You'll reach out to security and engineering leaders at enterprises, explain why AI risk is different, and book the meetings that move our pipeline forward. Key Responsibilities Research and reach out to security, engineering, and risk leaders at target enterprises. Run outbound across email, calls, and LinkedIn, with messages that reflect real security problems, not generic pitches. Qualify inbound interest and book meetings for the sales team. Keep the CRM clean and share what you learn from prospects back to the product and research teams. What we're looking for Clear, persuasive writing and comfort starting cold conversations. Genuine curiosity about security and a willingness to learn the technical details. Resilience and consistency: you treat outreach as a craft, not a numbers game to grind. Coachability and a desire to grow into a closing role. Nice to have Exposure to selling technical or security products. Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Apollo, or HubSpot.
