Position Overview As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Iterable, you will help customers implement the Iterable platform for their engagement marketing needs. Sr. IPMs engage with executives, developers, marketing managers and other stakeholders to successfully scope and drive the project through to successful completion. Sr. IPMs are Iterable experts and will work with other internal subject matter experts for the implementation project. As the owner of the overall success of the project, PMs are responsible for driving the project delivery, resources and milestones to meet customer goals. Responsibilities Senior Implementation Project Managers (Sr. IPMs) lead multiple, concurrent, strategic enterprise projects to implement the Iterable platform for our customers. Sr. IPMs engage with executives, developers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to successfully scope and drive the project through successful completion. Sr. IPMs are knowledgeable about the Iterable use cases, and work with other internal subject matter experts (SMEs) for the implementation project. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Security, and IT. Must have project management experience managing complex B2B/B2C implementations and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding scope goals and target dates. Oversee project execution including resourcing, project scheduling, and timely delivery Provide timely, clear, concise communications to customer and the Iterable project team Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary Meet or exceed targets for CSAT (customer satisfaction) and billable utilization, and on-time completion. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
