• Machine Operation: Take the lead on operating and maintaining high-tech machinery during the overnight flow.
• Quality Excellence: Inspect products to ensure they meet Alcon’s world-class standards.
• Final Prep: Finalize and package products so they’re ready for shipping by sunrise.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sterilize, and pouch the acrysof lens 
• Exercises judgment in a variety of basic nonrelease criteria operations.
• Decision-making is limited, duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail and receives close supervision.
• Cooperates with area leadership and peers, communicating as required.
• Performs tasks within rate standards while maintain high quality assurance standards.
• Acts according to Novartis Values & Behaviors
• Performs work safely and follows all applicable safety procedures
