The Opportunity We are seeking licensed US clinicians who share our commitment to accessible, high-quality mental health care. You will deliver therapy to the US workforce population of leading employers, backed by Kyan's proven clinical model and matching technology, and grow a steady caseload without the overhead of running a private practice. The Role Provide individual psychotherapy via secure video and voice to employees (and eligible dependents) referred through Kyan's smart-matching algorithm Deliver evidence-based, outcome-focused care — from short-term, goal-focused support to ongoing therapy — tailored to each client's needs and presenting concerns Use your training in modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or other evidence-based approaches, drawing on Kyan's library of digital assessments and self-guided tools where helpful Maintain an accurate availability calendar and complete session documentation promptly within Kyan's platform Exercise sound clinical judgment on risk and safety planning, following strong clinical governance protocols and escalation pathways Deliver culturally responsive, empathetic care to a diverse, US workforce Collaborate with Kyan's dedicated clinical operations and credentialing teams, drawing on protocols refined across Kyan's US and global provider network What You'll Bring Active, unrestricted U.S. clinical license at the independent practice level (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PsyD/PhD, PMHNP, or equivalent). Master's degree (or doctorate, where applicable) in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field Minimum 3 years of total experience within mental health Training and experience in evidence-based care including e.g. CBT, DBT, CPT An individual NPI (National Provider Identifier) number, or willingness to obtain one. Active malpractice / professional liability insurance. Training and experience in one or more evidence-based treatment modalities. Comfortable working independently as a self-employed contractor, including invoicing for your own services. Confident with telehealth technology — video sessions, secure messaging, and digital documentation. Have a dedicated space in which to provide virtual therapy and/or in-person therapy. You must have reliable internet at the location where you provide therapy Nice to Have Prior experience delivering care through a digital health or EAP platform Experience treating additional populations, such as couples, families, adolescents, or specialized clinical needs (e.g., trauma, substance use, perinatal) Why Providers Choose Kyan A caseload that's actually matched to you.
