Role Overview
Apply advanced physics expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through a research-level benchmark covering dynamical Chern-Simons gravity, Palatini tetrad formalism, FRW cosmology, quadratic inflation, and related phenomena. No prior AI experience is required. Depending on your expertise, assignments may include Solver, Auditor, or Adjudicator work with scopes and deliverables aligned to your subfield.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed analytical and numerical solutions involving first-order Palatini gravity, including tetrad and spin-connection approaches.
- Calculate and assess Pontryagin density contributions and their implications for extended gravity theories.
- Formulate, solve, and interpret Friedmann ordinary differential equations with torsion in cosmological models.
- Integrate coupled nonlinear ordinary differential equations using advanced methods and critically evaluate results.
- Use Planck-unit normalization throughout theoretical and computational work to support consistency and comparability.
Qualifications
- Advanced academic background in physics, ideally a PhD or equivalent, with emphasis in gravitation, cosmology, or astrophysics.
- Hands-on experience with first-order Palatini gravity, tetrad and spin-connection formalisms, and higher-order curvature corrections.
- Ability to derive, solve, and interpret nonlinear ordinary differential equation systems relevant to cosmology and gravitational physics.
- Knowledge of Pontryagin density, Chern-Simons modifications, and their physical implications.
- Experience applying Planck-unit normalization and interpreting theoretical physics models.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $80 to $160 per hour.
